L07 Entrepreneur Journal

My week began with exciting and intellectual videos and readings. Just as “Zappos” was looking for employees who believes in the company and its culture, I feel this is a great lesson for me as a young entrepreneur to learn from, I don’t need to let the “weeds” turn to “forest”. I have to implement the strategy of Zappos in one way or the other.
I also learned from my Action Hero, Bud, the importance of "Be The Best You Can Be" and to do this he said he had to overcome his biggest “obstacle” which is himself. I see the journey of entrepreneurism as a pathway which is not of smooth cause and for one to do this will require lot of hard work and determination. Just as Bud, didn’t allow the challenges of life to sway him away but saw that its always best to sourrund yourself with people of best caliber who share some philosophy and core values with you because these will be those who can guide you and you can tap wisdom from.
From the story about 'go the extra mile' customer service” I learned this great rules I will never forget;
·         Rule 1 The Customer Is Always Right!
·         Rule 2 : If The Customer Is Ever Wrong, Reread Rule 1
I feel with whatever services or products I offer, I offer them to my customers and in order for me to keep these persiocious customers of mine, I need to reliazse that each customer is very important as I follow this two simple and yet most important rules.
In regards to my $100 challenge, I have made approximately $50 now and am so happy that am making great progress. I have already made some contacts and hoping for new clients soon.
